Although It’s fair to say Cody Drameh enjoyed his time away from Leeds United at Cardiff City.
The right-back linked up with the Bluebirds in January on a loan until the end of the season and he went on to make 22 appearances for the Welsh outfit.
Such was the impression he made under Steve Morison, he won the club’s player of the season and young player of the season awards while Cardiff fans could be heard chanting his name after their final game of the Championship season. That’s some effort given he only spent half the season with the club.
Morison was keen to make the deal a permanent one after the season, too, but that now looks to be off the cards following the signings of Mahlon Romeo and Vontae Daley-Campbell.
