It have been noted that Juventus’ player Alvaro Morata was so close to Barcelona in the past winter transfer window but the negotiation lasted several weeks, only to be skipped by the will of Juventus and the coach Massimiliano Allegri to allow the star striker to move to the Spanish giant.

The Spanish forward recalled those moments during an interview with Men’s Health Espana: “I could have joined Barcelona in January, but the coach told me that another striker would arrive and that I would play as second striker, a little further back. There all the doors have closed”.
