Position Overview: Senior Relationship Manager
Focus: Nonprofit Capacity Building
As a Senior Relationship Manager (Sr. RM), you will oversee a portfolio of network organizations, requiring a deep understanding of our services and the unique challenges each organization faces.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Establish and maintain relationships with executive leadership, board members, and stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagements.
Strategic Visioning: Use data to implement capacity-building strategies that strengthen organizational performance and long-term impact.
Organizational Development: Leverage expertise in nonprofit business models to enhance performance and sustainability, assisting organizations with performance assessments and action plans.
Board Management: Collaborate directly with nonprofit boards to assess performance, facilitate training, and engage in strategic planning.
Funding Evaluation: Review and assess funding requests from network members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analysis and market insights to make informed decisions on supporting portfolio organizations.
Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience in community development, affordable housing, or nonprofit management for standard level
5-7 years for senior level, with a focus on relationship or project management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions

Travel: Approximately 50% required for community events.
Remote: Position is remote but requires travel within the region.
Physical/Sensory Demands: Fast-paced environment with extensive computer usage.
