Position Overview

We are seeking a Website Content Manager to collaborate closely with our marketing team on the development, functionality, and enhancements of Stout.com. This role involves optimizing the visitor experience, managing multi-lingual content (French, German, Chinese, and Italian), and ensuring high-quality content publication. You will oversee content projects, including language translations and ADA compliance, and coordinate with web development partners to manage and complete development tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:
Create, edit, and maintain engaging content for Stout.com, including articles, videos, graphics, and custom web layouts.
Manage content projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience guidelines.
Optimize landing pages and enhance branding and user experience.
Project Coordination:
Oversee content translation and ADA compliance projects.
Collaborate with web development partners to track and test new developments and enhancements.
Prepare web analytics reports and provide insights to drive content strategy.
Technical Skills:
Utilize CMS tools for content management and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
Develop forms and automate processes for lead generation.
Maintain content management systems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system health.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with digital marketing teams to manage and maintain various digital platforms.
Provide consulting on content delivery and web best practices.
Qualifications:

Required:

Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and managing enterprise content management systems.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems; Sitecore experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of web best practices, including UX, SEO, privacy, and ADA compliance.
Preferred:
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and enterprise website search platforms.
Familiarity with the Bootstrap framework and a general understanding of website infrastructure and deployment practices.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 – $110,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus plan. Compensation may vary based on factors like location, experience, and education.
