Overview: Our client is in search of a talented Instructional Designer to elevate their Remote Instructional Systems Designer - United States - $30/hr - $43/hr  internal training programs. This role is pivotal in crafting engaging learning materials and converting existing content into an e-learning format. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative design, technical skills, and an understanding of adult learning principles. Proficiency with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline is required, along with at least 2 years of curriculum development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling and effective instructional materials for diverse training needs.
Transform existing curriculum into interactive e-learning modules while maintaining content accuracy and relevance.
Use Camtasia and Articulate Storyline to design engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Apply adult learning principles to ensure instructional materials are impactful and suited to learner needs.
Work closely with subject matter experts and team members to tailor materials to learner and organizational requirements.
Assess the effectiveness of training materials and incorporate feedback to enhance quality.
Support the deployment and upkeep of the learning management system (LMS) in a corporate setting.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years in curriculum development.
Strong grasp of adult learning principles.
Proficiency with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline.
Proven track record of creating engaging learning materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Experience with video editing using Adobe or Camtasia.
Relevant content certifications.
Familiarity with LMS architecture and deployment in a corporate learning environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
