HR Assistant II - United States - RemoteActalent is seeking a fully remote HR Assistant II to join our My HR Live Support (MHLS) Benefits team. This role is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing team and contribute to exciting projects. The MHLS Benefits team is dedicated to providing precise, consistent, and timely HR support through various contact channels, including phone, chat, and HR cases.

Role and Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant II within the MHLS Benefits organization, you will be the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and case management services. Your role includes managing a wide range of benefits-related cases, ensuring compliance with organizational benefit plans, and providing accurate information and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing employee contacts with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Handling cases with a high degree of ownership, empathy, and personalized attention.
Using critical thinking to balance process adherence with individual employee needs.
Resolving inquiries by referring to available documentation and escalating unresolved issues as needed.
Collaborating with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies.
Key Qualifications

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
Understanding of benefit terms and programs.
Quick decision-making skills and strong judgment.
High level of ownership and sensitivity in handling situations.
Required Experience

2+ years of experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared services environment.
Experience in rapidly changing work environments.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a flexible working environment.
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
