Arsenal’s midfield is undergoing a significant transformation as Thomas Partey is set to depart the club after reportedly reaching an agreement with Italian giants Juventus. The Ghanaian midfielder, who joined the Gunners from Atletico Madrid in 2020, is now poised for a new chapter in his career.

Partey has been a key figure under the management of Mikel Arteta, making 99 appearances and contributing five goals and four assists across various competitions. However, Arsenal’s pursuit of West Ham captain Declan Rice seems to have triggered Partey’s exit. According to Sky Sports Italy, Partey’s representatives have been in contact with Juventus and have now agreed on personal terms, paving the way for a potential transfer.
While Saudi Arabian sides Al Nassr, Al Ahli, and Al Khaleej have expressed interest in signing Partey, the player himself prefers to stay in Europe. Juventus, who have previously attempted to secure his services, believe they can finally land the midfielder this summer. A transfer fee in the range of £15-17 million (€18-20m) along with a three-year contract could be sufficient to secure his signature.
