Report as gathered states that Chelsea and Manchester United have been told to pay £50 million to sign Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha this summer.

Chelsea and United have already expressed an interest in signing him and it remains to be seen whom Palhinha joins at the end of the season.
Palhinha has been a shining light for the Cottagers and has had a big part to play in them staying clear of the relegation dogfight in the league.
Losing him could have a detrimental effect for them next season but they would not want to miss out on the opportunity to gain funds.
