Report have shown that Manchester United are planning a surprise approach for former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham as observed by football analyst.

Although it was noted that the England international barely played under Thomas Tuchel during the back end of last season and this created way for his summer exit.

Also noted is that the established striker Abraham joined Roma in a deal worth €40m and has since excelled with 23 goals and four assists from 40 games across all competitions.

It is now reported that United are particularly keen on the Blues graduate and could seek to lure him back to the Premier League this summer if an agreement is met.

However, the Giallorossi seem unlikely to do business. The Serie A outfit have no plans of losing Abraham, barring a significant bid on the table.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have a future option to re-sign him. There is an €80 million release clause, but it does not become active until June 2023.

Abraham has had a tremendous change in fortunes with Roma. He has once again become an England regular, and could play at the World Cup.
