With the current form Jesse Lingard and with the increasing demand of the player as he is currently monitored by both Tottenham and Arsenal and it is also observed that Manchester United could look to sign West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice in a player-plus-cash deal this summer with Lingard involved.
It was already noted that the Red Devils have been long-term admirers of the England international and they are reportedly planning to step up their interest for the player who they see as a good replacement.
With the £100m price tag placed on Rice which United are still considering to offer Lingard a makeweight for Rice in next season.
Although it was noted that Lingard was out-of-favour with United during the first half of the current campaign, and he was loaned out the Hammers in January to see if any improvement will attract suitors for other bug clubs.
