Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Analyst to analyze HR data trends from various sources, uncover patterns, and create insightful data visualizations for HR leadership. This role will be instrumental in providing strategic insights to enhance decision-making and support HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop visually compelling reports and presentations to communicate HR trends and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
Transform raw data into meaningful information to support strategic decision-making for the HR leadership team.
Identify and analyze internal and external benchmarks to compare against company data.
Assist with year-end processes and compliance reports for state and federal requirements.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Manage M&A due diligence processes and maintain related documentation.
Support SOX compliance, reporting, and audit activities.
Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, system upgrades, and testing.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in an HR analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., tables, charts, graphs).
Experience in survey analysis.
Strong problem-solving abilities with effective resolution skills.
Excellent technical knowledge of HR metrics and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience with various HR applications and systems, including report generation, data research, transmission, and macro design.
Expert proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivots, data merging, and security).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Successful completion of background checks including employment verification, criminal search, OFAC, SS verification, and possibly credit and drug screening as per regulations.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HCM Oracle Fusion.
Salary Range

Minimum: $75K
Maximum: $85K
