Role Overview: As a Senior Project Services Analyst, you will play a crucial role in Remote Senior Analyst - Project Services - United Arab Emiratessupporting our sales organization by managing inventory sourcing and forecasting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Inside and Outside Sales teams, communicating with vendors and Buyers, and working closely with Proposal Development Managers. You will also maintain effective communication with senior management to ensure smooth project information flow. Your primary focus will be on data gathering, analysis, and providing support for advanced, large-scale, and high-value accounts, requiring innovative problem-solving and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, review, reconcile, and distribute various reports related to inventory and customer usage.
Provide comprehensive support for project management from initiation to completion.
Resolve issues related to inventory, procurement strategies, and pricing with purchasing and sales teams.
Offer field support by clarifying report logic or data-related queries.
Identify problems and recommend appropriate tools and reports to address specific needs.
Supply data for purchasing and inventory analysis at all organizational levels, including creating and modifying complex SQL queries.
Develop and execute ad-hoc reports, adjust report parameters or source code, explain report findings, and summarize results.
Communicate project updates and progress to the sales team.
Draft and submit inventory proposals, and recommend purchase strategies for multi-phase projects.
Assist the Supply Chain team in analyzing inventory and maintaining value-add materials.
Develop, drive, and deliver reports, cadence calls, and formal/informal training sessions for the sales team and potentially senior management.
Monitor changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and create contingency plans related to inventory system processes.
Manage project pricing and part creation.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
4-6 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or project management.
Strong PC skills, with extensive experience in Microsoft Access and Excel (including macros, pivot tables, data lookups, and SQL).
Ability to develop and maintain expertise in market drivers, trends, economic forecasts, supplier base, and competitive intelligence.
Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills with abilities in conflict management, negotiation, and both written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and creative thinking.
Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of independent work, troubleshooting, and exercising judgment.
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.
Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient, and team-oriented.
