About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Analytics Manager to join our team. As the first analytics manager at Grow Therapy, you will play a crucial role in leveraging our extensive data to drive high-impact decisions across various functions, including product development, growth, billing, and operations.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership: Manage a team of 4 data analysts, overseeing their development and the expansion of our data analytics capabilities.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to integrate data applications into quarterly and annual product roadmaps. Define and achieve success criteria for all data initiatives.
Influence and Guidance: Empower your team to strategically influence different business units by deriving actionable insights from data.
Talent Development: Act as a player-coach by developing data solutions alongside your team while mentoring and coaching them for success.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If

Experience: You have 5+ years in Data Analytics, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
Technical and Leadership Skills: You possess both technical expertise and managerial skills to guide a team of data analysts, ensuring an efficient and credible flow of data across the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement: You have a proven track record of working with internal stakeholders to leverage data for solving business problems and generating business value.
Communication Skills: You excel at connecting complex ideas with business goals and can communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Quantitative Analysis: You have experience in quantitative analysis and are proficient with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Compensation

Salary: $168,840 – $210,000
