- Screening candidate applications and recommending a shortlist of best-fit candidates.
- Manage and analyze the assessment dashboard and extract key insights for action.
- Present scorecards and reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports for Country Head People and Culture.
