Paris Saint-Germain's Costa Rican goalkeeper Keylor Navas celebrates after saving a penalty kick taken by Barcelona's Argentinian forward Lionel...Report shows that Keylor Navas is among the list of goalkeepers Nottingham Forest would like to sign before the January transfer window closes.

Although Forest are keen to bolster their options in the position after Dean Henderson, on loan from Manchester United, sustained a thigh injury in the win over Leicester on January 14 and it is unclear when he will return.

Report have it that Navas who plays for Paris Saint-Germain, is hugely experienced and won the Champions League three times during his five seasons with Real Madrid.
With Gianluigi Donnarumma the clear first choice for the French champions this term, the 36-year-old has yet to make an appearance in the league or the Champions League.

Navas’ only high-level action this term was during Costa Rica’s World Cup campaign, when he played all three group games.

Wayne Hennessey deputised for Henderson in last Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Bournemouth and is expected to feature against Manchester United in Wednesday’s Carabao Cup semi-final first leg at the City Ground.

Since Henderson was injured, Forest have been scouring the goalkeeper market and are believed to have been offered Dominik Livakovic, though the Croatia goalkeeper has a price tag of about £15million and it is thought likelier he will leave Dinamo Zagreb in the summer.
