Report shows that Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette could make a surprise move to Newcastle United during the winter transfer window as he is closer to been a free agent.

It was noted recently that the Magpies were recently taken over by a Saudi-backed consortium, and they are expected to make high-profile signings in January in other to keep the club in comfortable position in the premier league.

Reputable media house gathered that a new striker is one of the main priorities and Lacazette could be a realistic option for the Magpies for now.

Although it was observed that the Frenchman won’t be signing a new deal with the Gunners, and this could pave the way for an exit at the beginning of the transfer window year.
