According to Paris Saint-Germain’s sporting director Leonardo who recently spoke with press men assuring them that the Football club board members are working on taking decide on the future of Kylian Mbappe as the playmaker heads towards its final 12 months.
Based on club information it was noted that Mbappe’s current deal expires in 2022 and PSG are looking to tie him down to an extension sooner rather than later to avoid giant club who are currently monitoring the position not to take advantage of it.
It must be noted that recent reports is claiming that the 22-year-old is not planning on committing to anything before next season as these might lead to PSG losing him to a free transfer to other club.
Although report claims that Leonardo insists discussions with the French International player are ongoing and a decision will soon be taken .
Football Analyst believes that PSG Board could look to try and offload Mbappe this summer if they fail to convince him to sign a new deal with the club.
Although based on his price tag it is believed that very few clubs could afford to sign the Frenchman now especially these period of Virus with analyst still believing that Real Madrid and Liverpool are the two sides being consistently linked to his move.
It is believed that the French International Mbappe could leave PSG for nothing next year if he chooses not to extend his contract with the club.
