Manchester City ready to offer six-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi pre-contract agreement in the next transfer season.


Inhouse report from EPL giant Manchester City is hanging on the fact that they have reportedly open talks with Lionel Messi irrespective  of next season January as it was observed that the playmaker is not willing to extend his stay with the Spanish Giant next season.

It was a noted fact the City were strongly linked with the Barcelona playmaker in the summer after he informed his present club Barcelona of his desire to move on his career.

Based on Football scout fact which proved that Messi remained in Catalonia after Barcelona contested the validity of a clause in his contract that would allow him to leave for free at the end of the elongated 2019-20 campaign.

Altough the six-time Ballon d’Or winner and Barcelona playmaker will be out of contract in eight months’ time as things stand and all indication shows that he is not willing to stay with the club again with the Citizens prepared to accepted him in a fresh new contract if he is interested.

Based on other media information saying that City have been monitoring the situation in Spain and they are ready to make their first move in January when Messi is freely allowed to talk to other clubs of his choice.

All fact is moving toward the angle that his former Boss Pep Guardiola is interested in getting the playmaker at all cost to the EPL next season.
