CLub report has stated that Premier League giant Manchester United have join the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham to apply for the signature of Chelsea established winger Williams.
Reports recently has linked the winger with moves to Arsenal and Spur but report all the way from France claimed that United are ready to compete for the players signature.
It must be noted that United has already made contact with the Brazilian agent and are looking at presenting an offer to sign the free agent player move to their side.
